Food and wine pairing by Château de Chamirey

During the month of April 2023 and precisely on April 25, our domain of the month, the Chamirey Castle proposed a food and wine pairing on board. On the menu: sea bream fillet marinated in turmeric, combined with Mercurey White 2020 followed by a delicious cod steak combined with Mercurey en Pierrelet 2021 or a free-range chicken breast with foie gras, morels and shiitake, thyme gnocchi combined with a Mercurey red 2020.
