Our CSR commitments

As a modern company, we place eco-responsibility at the heart of our CSR commitments. We are dedicated to reducing our environmental impact by operating with more eco-friendly planes and adopting sustainable practices at every level.

Our carbon footprint

Thanks to our eco-friendly planes and commitment to sustainability, our CO₂ emissions between Paris and New York are 21% lower than those of competitors on the same route (according to AtmosFair, confirmed by Google Flight's carbon footprint analysis).

Our CO₂ emissions amount to 1044 kg per passenger.

From Nice to New York, we achieve a 30% reduction, with 1139 kg per passenger.

On the Milan-New York route, we reach a 33% reduction, with 1140 kg of CO₂ per passenger compared to the usual 1686 kg on this route.

The recent renewal of our fleet with next-generation aircraft such as the Airbus A321 Neo is at the heart of our strategy to reduce our environmental impact.

These planes are quieter, more efficient, and help lower CO₂ emissions by 30% compared to our previous models.

In addition to these improvements, we use sustainable aviation fuels derived from non-fossil sources, and our excellent load factor on the majority of our flights further contributes to reducing CO₂ emissions per passenger.

Our onboard commitment

To reduce our environmental impact, we implement several environmentally friendly measures onboard our planes:

  • Plastic use is minimized with all meals served in reusable tableware, while adhering to the regulatory and health standards required of airlines.
  • We limit food waste through rigorous stock management practices.
  • No newspapers onboard. Passengers can access major news outlets, national and international newspapers, and magazines digitally via onboard screens or directly on their devices through our Wi-Fi connection.
  • We offer a selection of organic wines, curated in partnership with Bettane+Dessauve, and work with dedicated chefs who prioritize seasonal and local produce for our menus.


Our social commitment

The Professional Equality Index, established by the September 5, 2018 law, measures the pay gaps between women and men and highlights areas for improvement.

In 2023, we achieved a score of 85/100, reflecting a 4-point increase since 2021.

In November 2022, we signed the 25by2025 initiative at the Wings of Change conference in Istanbul, organized by IATA. This initiative aims to enhance gender diversity in the aviation sector by 2025, focusing on increasing the representation of women in leadership positions.

With 57% women in our workforce and 40% on our executive committee, we reaffirm our commitment to gender diversity.
