Food and champagne pairing by Maison Telmont

The champagne house for the month of May 2023, the Telmont Champagne House produces very high quality champagnes designed with the greatest respect for the environment and in the context of an unprecedented project: In the name of the Earth.

On May 2, 2023, on board our flight Paris-New York and during a food and champagne agreement with the House, Alexis Lyon and Jeanne Piau, representatives of the house, presented our passengers with a selection of exceptional champagnes which were served with our delicious dishes: a marinated salmon starter combined with Telmont Blanc de Blancs 2014, followed by veal breast accompanied by a 2014 Telmont Blanc de Noirs or a cod steak flavored with star anise combined with Telmont Blanc de Blancs 2014. Something to make people happy!
