To start your day, there's nothing like joining the Monegasques at the Condamine Market in the morning, just as they think about what dishes they can cook. Under the indoor hall called La Halle Gourmande to enjoy local dishes such as barbagiuàn or fougasse, along the colorful outdoor stands to smell the flowers, fruits and vegetables or on the terraces of the cafes scattered all around the square, it is the place to be to be to immerse yourself in local life. A place so essential in the Principality for more than 120 years that a few years ago, the locals expressed their wish to open the Gourmet Hall in the evening as well.
