On January 19, 2023, our first event of the year took place on board.

A food and wine pairing by Beauregard Castle. In honor of our domain of the month, our passengers enjoyed a special menu, accompanied by Great Pomerol Wines.

As a starter, vanilla lobster by Michelin-starred chef Nolwenn Corre was accompanied by a Benjamin de Beauregard 2017, followed by lamb shoulder confit with Chateau Beauregard 2016.
